I have said publicly that I'm trying to become 18 years old. It's kind of a joke because my boys are 19 and 17. So I split the difference. And I tell them on a regular basis I want to beat them at everything which they love. And so every time I'm doing something new with blueprint, I will measure them, and then I will measure myself. So whether it be the amount of fat in their face, their athletic ability, their VO2 max, which is how much oxygen they can work with in their body, or any other metric, I measure them. I measure myself, and then I'm trying to become like them, because I like to say when I grow younger, I want to be like. Like you.
