The version of Brian who overeats. That behavior is not me. That's not my identity. And separating those two things is really important because if I feel shame and guilt, it can really have this emotional burden on me. To basically save myself from myself. I just said, Evening, Brian. From 5:00pm to 10:00pm Like a window around you. No authority to eat food whatsoever. I was marching myself towards an early death. It was just a bad situation. So I had to take extreme action in setting those rules.
