What advice would I give to entrepreneurs and others working in health and wellness? I will think about this when giving advice to myself years ago, when I was an entrepreneur in the trenches building Braintree Venmo and I would say, you may not realize it, but getting the basics of sleep and diet and exercise are going to be the sources of energy you will need. Having the basics of sleep and exercise and diet cannot be negotiated things. They can't be things that can wait. You have to make them the number one priority in your life. Even though you think your objective is your number one priority, it's actually not. Sleep, diet, and exercise are your number one priorities. Everything else comes second. If you do that, you're going to have the energy to push through the pain and the failures and all the roller coaster of a ride that it is in trying to do impossible things.
