You're listening to the PT Profit podcast, episode number 344. Today I'm walking you through how to create compelling content in one to three hours a day. Are you ready? Let's get started.
Hi, I'm Beverly Simpson, former fitness manager turned online personal training business owner. And this podcast is where smart fitness professionals, including trainers and clinicians, discover how to increase client performance in movement, package and position their products and services services and get out of their own way so that they can increase their revenue to live a life that they love without sleazy sales. Welcome to the PT Profit Podcast.
What's up coach? Thank you so much for tuning in to another episode of the PT Profit Podcast. I'm your host, Beverly Simpson, and if this is the first time that you're hanging out with me today, welcome. I'm super pumped that you're here today. I am sharing with you a live that I walked through my completely free Facebook group where I showed you and walked you through a really powerful document that I use inside of my business. And I did a live brainstorm to show you how I can build an omni presence of content that converts. If you have 90 days done for you content or you are in the get clients with Instagram now challenge, then you have access to that document and I walk you through that training on how to use it. And if you don't have access to it, there's no worries because you can recreate create a document very similar just based on the training that I showed you that's going to work for you. What I really wanted to to create for you in this episode was to demonstrate and show you that sometimes the mental load of having to create content, it takes more time and is way more expensive than you might even realize. Especially if you're not a brand new coach and you feel like you have the skill underneath you to really grow a profitable business online because likely you're closer to your goal than you even realize. Now a lot of people will ask me will this process work if I'm a brick and mortar or if I have an in person business? And the truth is yes, it absolutely will work. And it'll work because you'll just use the content creation to drive new members and new leads that are in person. But the principles of performance that we talk about is inside of the training. It will transcend. So if you have any questions or you want to learn more about the different ways that we can help you, then be sure to check the show notes because all of the promotions that we have running right now. It will be there for you. So let me know what questions you have. And without further ado, let's roll that training. Hey, Hey. I just want to make sure. Okay. Wait. Am I live? Let's go. Hello. Hello. What is going on? My goodness me. Time just goes places. I feel like it's been a week. Okay, what's up, coach Beverly Simpson here we are going live. I recognize we haven't been live for a minute, so I just wanted to. Well, a couple of things I'm really excited about today, and here's why I'm excited today, because I'm about to show you how to build compelling content, how to do it in less time, literally using one to three hours a day. Now, this is one of the challenges that we are doing inside of my conversion club and my people who are joining me inside of the Get Clients Now. No, I specifically. The Get Clients now challenge. Now. I specifically am catering this and doing this on Instagram. And I recognize and realize that I am live now here on Instagram. The irony is not lost on me. Couple of reasons why I shared inside of the training, why I'm doing this specifically on Instagram is and versus Facebook, because I actually think Facebook's also just as powerful. And it's not about trying to find out what is the right platform. It's just about getting honest and specific in terms of. Of the best platform that's going to work for you. Okay. And now one of the things that I share with my accelerators as long as. As well as my conversion members is that I personally think it's some of the worst advice to just pick one thing and only do one thing and to. And to, you know, pick one platform because for a couple of reasons. Have you ever been into a grocery store where they only sold one thing? Have you ever been into. I. Could you just imagine like you're going to get people to come through the door, but then you are losing lifetime customer value. Okay, so that's number one. And then number two, I personally don't want to put all my eggs in one basket, because if there's only one way to generate lead flow, then you are tying your hand and that personally. Not for me. However, I do want us to focus. So it's nuanced. You got to find the razor's edge, what's going to be the best and work the best for you. And so what I do want us to do is get focused on one component, one variable, and then we can add in more variables as you go, so for us and for what the. For my members this month I just want to focus on Instagram specifically because the speed to lead is for two main reasons. The speed to lead is faster and. And it is. People are used to. To having conversations because the more conversations you have, the more conversions you're going to have. Just plain and simple. People are used to having conversion conversations on Instagram. It's easier to see them even despite all of the new things that they put in place. And then you. The. It's just you can have a opportunity with the option of a reels these days to just really make it co test. You can test your messaging pretty quickly, which is what we're going to talk about today. Okay. So I wanted to give you a behind. This is me in real time essentially sharing with you clearly what I do and how I think and how I teach people to do the processes that. That I to do the processes that work.
Okay.
And I'm going to show you how it worked in my business, even with the small following, even if you feel like I'm an imposter, even if you feel like, like who am I to be doing this, like we're going to be talking all about that stuff today because I'm just going to really legitimately give you a behind the scenes look of how specifically I do this inside of my business. And I'm going to share with you some of the struggles that I see my members and my accelerators go through and I'm going to give you some insight and then if that if you're interested and that's like, oh, this would really help me or whatnot, then just comment below or send me a PM and I'll share with you all of the ways that depending on your unique circumstances, there's so many different ways that we can help you. So depending on what you got going on, it will depend on what it is that you need and your unique circumstances. So if you already know, you want the fast track because honestly there wasn't. There isn't a single business out there today that got there on its own. So if you want some support there, you need help removing roadblocks and uncovering blind spots. I'm your blog, okay? So let's just go ahead and get into it. So first, you know, at the risk of sounding redundant, at the risk of sounding like I already know this, what I want to share with you is that business, it is simple. It's not always easy, but it's pretty simple. You need traffic. So people Prospects lead people who've never heard of you before, they need to come into your store and then they need to be compelled to take action. And then from that action they'll become a client or customer. Okay, so now me and in my business there's a difference between customers and clients. Okay, so you want to know the difference for you that's number one. And then number two, part of what you need to ensure that you are, that you are going to save time. Because at the end of the day, this is what it's about. The clients that work with me are the people who are eager, they are ready, but they want to, they want to be efficient, they want to maximize their time. Because either they're at capacity with their, their one on one clients or they're at capacity with their in person business and they want to transition online for more passive program and or more, more scalable options where they can increase the revenue without increasing the amount of time. Because in the time you, because honestly the, the more you prioritize the time, the more money you'll make. Because money we can always generate, there's an infinite number, infinite possibility when it comes to generating revenue. But time we have to be discerning with because time we can't get. Okay, in my opinion time is way more valuable than money. People say all the time, time is money, but that's just not true. It's a resource, but it's infinitely more valuable than money in my opinion. Okay, so thing that I want to show you because what so many people get tripped up on when it comes to creating content is and, and I, I did a poll last week inside of this group here and if on, on the content is that people get stuck in creating. So I wanted to show you how fast, how easy it can be. And if you are feeling like you're in your head, I'm gonna give you these journal prompts where you should just go ahead and just write this down because it's something I say to my accelerators, it's something I say to, to my conversion numbers is how can it be easy? What would it look like if it were easy? Because right now, today, 2024 Monday, June 17th, it is easier than ever to grow an online business. And the best part is that you don't even need a huge massive following. You don't need that. Okay, here's what you do need though. So, so for me I called the PT Profit formula and it's three pillars of performance. Every successful business has this you have profitable offer suite. You Have a powerful position and you have a purposeful plan. You have these three pillars of performance inside of your business. It doesn't matter what the industry is. It doesn't matter if you are a dog trainer, it doesn't matter if you are a fitness professional, a health and wellness professional. None of it matter in terms of your actual industry. These principles remain. It doesn't matter if you use Instagram, Facebook group, the vehicle in how you deliver your message to communicate the right offer to the right person at the right time. Those are principles of performance. They will transcend. It does not matter how you do it. All paths lead to Rome. Now what I like to teach inside of my world is paid lead acquisition. So what that means is, remember earlier I said customers and clients. I like to bring people in, give them results in advance with my free and low ticket offering and then I invite them to come into our premium offers. And our premium offers, we have a couple depending on where you're at. Our premium offers are designed to save you time and save you money and we guarantee it. So that's our offer stack and we recommend that you do the same because that way your marketing budget becomes zero. This is how you create a pressure free permission based sales system. So we use three systems inside of our business where you have the, the leveraged fulfillment system. We're going to be talking about this today, but you have your leverage fulfillment system, your, your conversion content system and your hybrid sales system. Like you dial those three things in, it does not matter. You could go to Turks and Caicos and you can have your lead flow growing, your business growing, working while you are working less. And the best part is that you are not sacrificing client results. Number one, two. Where, where are we anyway? So I just want to give you that contact while as we dial into now, which is the, the get clients now challenge. Essentially what it is that we're doing which is, is optimizing the conversion content system because it's where people get really tripped up. So I'm going to show you specifically how I use this in my business. Okay. So hopefully let me just move me down here so that you can see now as you can see, you're legitimately looking at mine. So there's nothing that I teach you to use inside of my business that I don't do myself.
Okay?
So you'll see here, this is the template. So now my accelerators have a different template because I actually review their content than some of the, the conversion content club members or the people who are Participating in the Get Clients now challenge. So the way that I like to chunk down the, you know, setting up my stuff, setting up my systems. While it might seem a little bit complicated, I promise you it's not complicated. It seems like it, but it's not. But I really operate from a map.
It.
Okay, so we need to map out the plan, and then we plan it. So we actually plan it, and then we do it. Okay, so this is the P and L metric that we're mapping out when we are working on this document, which is the social media document. So now, first and foremost, okay, this is like my checklist, which is going, you know, if you're curious. Oh, wait, Beverly. Oh, well, I want to show you this before. Right before. Let me just show you this before we actually dive into the how we brainstorm content. Just because I understand that what I'm about to show you, it can be a little. It can be a little overwhelming. And the idea is not to overwhelm you.
Okay?
But overwhelm usually shows up into. In three ways. Where there's too much to do and not enough time. It also shows up in there's too much to do, and I don't know where to start. And sometimes it feels like there's too much to do, and I can't do it. Okay, so no matter. I probably don't have to tell you where you fall on the process, but this is why having support is so essential. Okay, so let me just show you how we actually start to think through brainstorming content. Because what you really need to know, okay, first and foremost is what is the problem that your people. What do they think that they have? I have a headache.
Okay.
And then for you, you got to get clear on what is the real problem that they have. What is causing the symptom?
Okay.
Because what we need to understand is that all of your people are in a problem. They either know it and they're doing all the wrong things to fix it, or they don't know what the problem is. And so when you can create the compelling content that exposes the truth about the real problem that they're in, you are subconsciously connecting them, meaning you are positioning yourself as the expert who gets that and then, therefore, will help, which will deepen the sense of trust in your process to say, oh, not only does she or he get me, that must mean that they can help me. So that is one of the ways that you position yourself to be a thought leader. The second thing that you do, like, if they already know that they're, they're in a problem. If you can expose the truth about, you know, why what they're doing isn't work, then then, yes, then you are positioning yourself as a thought leader. Then you become then, then this is how you can begin to separate yourself from the crowd without feeling like you have to reinvent biomechanics or nutrition science. You are layering in the context of you, your way of thinking through things, your creative fingerprint which will separate you and there's a reason why you want to do this and not something else. Okay, so anyway, that's not really what the, you know, so it's really important that you brainstorm this. Okay, so now for me, I don't have this document inside of my, inside of my personal own social media template because I just have this checklist for myself. Okay. Because I just kind of have done this for so long. And I'm going to walk you through how I do it. And so I know it seems fast, but I want to remind you error, not but. And I want to remind you that guilt requires reps. So luckily it's not about the amount of time there isn't this arbitrary, oh, you need to do this for X amount of time. No, you need to do the reps. And something that is so important is that we just think our ways, that our brains think is that it's kind of extreme. Especially if you're like me and you're a high achiever and it's like all or nothing, right? Where it's like I'm going to go to the gym with my, with, with the flu and I'm going to work six days out, six days a week. And if I'm not working hard, I'm not, you know, I have to work to my eyeballs bleed. No, that's not true. And you do need to get committed and you need to understand the difference between flexible discipline and commitment versus at all costs because it's different. You don't have to miss your kids dance recital to have a successful business. But you do need to pose, you do need to get committed and you do need to, to connect with people. But it doesn't have to be some arbitrary. Oh, so and so said I need to post three times a day. So I'm just check. I'm going to do that. But here's the deal, right? You could have your dreams or you can have your reasons. You usually cannot have both because if it's not going to be you, it's going to be someone. So why not you. People love to buy things, they just hate to be sold to. So what could it look like if instead of using the time that you use to scroll to get inspired and instead filled out this document that's, that's available to you then, then, and then just focused your one to three hours of time on creating content and connecting with the people who are coming into your world. That's far more beneficial in my opinion, then scrolling to get inspired. Okay, so just some food for thought there.
Okay.
For me and in my business I don't have this particular sheet because I just go, I just have the checklist here in my pillar content. So I already told you what my pillar content is. My pillar content is, is profitable product suite. I've got the position and messaging and then I have the plan and the process. Okay, that's it. Now here's something else that this might blow your mind, which I think is a little bit different than other people you don't even need to have. Now I gave you in this document more places for pillar content if you want.
Okay.
But you really. I only need three. That's it, I need three. So this is mine. So I've got my three pillars. So I'm just gonna go ahead and take the rest of this document where I give you space to brainstorm in case you wanna have like nine categories or whatever. I'm just gonna delete that because I don't need that. This is all I need for my content topics. And if you're like what you'll see here on this side, this is how I, I can create literally an omnipresence, meaning I could be everywhere, all the time with only using one to three hours of time. I'm just giving you some long 20 minute context for how I do this. Right? But again, it's just like building a snowman or it's just like, you know, building a snowball takes some time and thought up at the, in the front, but then as you push it down the hill, it'll start to gather snow, it'll start to get momentum, it'll start to get bigger, bigger and faster and faster. And that's what you're going to be doing with your skill acquisition.
Okay?
So for me, I just take my three pillars. This is my pillars, okay. And then I have category topics underneath my pillars. And the truth, I only have three. I have three pieces of like my core problems or my core components to my pillars. And I literally just talk about the same thing over and over and over. In fact, if you Sound like a broken record and you feel like a broken record, then you're probably onto something. I learned two powerful things from affiliate marketing. I'm not an affiliate marketer. I have some affiliate things that I do affiliate and I have no shade against affiliate market. Absolutely zero. I think it is a very profitable and powerful business model. But I learned two things from scrolling and watching their content. The first thing that I learned was that repetition is the mother of all learning. It's one thing to understand that and it's another thing to know it, to see it. Because if you can look at your context at a glance and honestly when I look at my clients content at a glance, like my accelerator content when I review it, you can see here that all of these are linked to the actual scripts that they are, that they can actually, you know, see and write. And then when you scroll over here, they can actually submit all of their work and I will review all of their work and give them some ideas to improve and get better. When that happens, nine times out of 10, you're just not saying it enough. You need volume. This is a growth equation that I, that I live by. And it's a growth equation that I learned from one of my mentors. But it is growth equals visibility. Because you cannot buy from the Internet's best kept secret value. But most people get value wrong, which we're going to talk about. And then volume and the sheer amount of volume both in staying top of mind and volume in, in touchpoint, because people need eight to 14 touch points before making a buying decision period. And then on top of that you have to, you know, there's the 1585 rule, which means that 15 or 50, yeah, 15% of your buyers are going to come in the first 95, 90 days, 85% of your buyers come in after. So if you don't have this pressure free permission based sales system where you're continuously nurturing people by adding value, just not in the way that traditionally people show you, then, then you are literally leaving thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on the table. And the best part is it doesn't even have to take a ton of time. In fact, it really only does need to take one to three hours a day. And I'm showing you right now. Okay, so I'm showing you how right now.
Okay.
Now if you're listening to this on the podcast, then I'll make sure that we'll link this training up inside in the show notes so that actually see the document that I'm walking you through, because either you can grab ours or you can recreate this and build this for yourself. Because honestly, it's one of the most powerful tools that I have ever made and used because it's something that I literally use all the time. And this is how I can literally create hundreds and hundreds and hundreds right now in my batch content. Because I've Already done it 10:30am I already have seven quote cards, I already have my skits, I already have my A roll content pieces that I'm just going to, you know, record when I get inspired. Okay, So I already have three posts a day lined up for the whole week. Okay, so let's sew. And. And it's also just because I, I value rinsing and repeating and I value volume, because volume, you stay top of mind. And with Instagram Specifically, only 3% of your audience is even going to see the content. And that's a good thing why? Because it gives you an opportunity to rinse and repeat. Repetition, Mother all learning. No one squats once and never squats again. Do you only tell your clients to like, okay, so you deadlifted once. Congratulations. Now let's get on the platform? No, of course not. And then it's also the same thing is true, is that if your client comes into the first time to do, you know the list after years of never lifting or never lifting, are you going to have them snatch 50 pounds above their head? Chances are probably not. Are you going to have them snatch, you know, snatch 150 pounds above their head? No, probably not. So why do you do that in your business? With that said, here's how I do it. Okay, so now my content topics for me specifically, because I'm showing you how I'm doing this for myself. It's Monday. Me specifically, I've got offers. That's a pillar.
Okay?
So there are three common traps that people get into when it comes to offers. Number one is that people are. They're not buying your time. Dollar per hour is the worst way to, to generate revenue online. Okay, so now we're gonna. I'm gonna just. I'm going to show you how I'm going to create a gaggle like this literally could be a year of content just right here. I'm going to show you why. But that's one topic. Another topic that I talk about is that offer is not your membership or your product.
Okay.
Is not your product.
Okay.
The next thing that I like to talk about is that, you know, starting with your offer, we have to start with offer and Start and serving your audience doesn't work.
Okay.
Or is the worst way to start. Okay, so that's a category topic. Those are the three core topics that I talk about when it comes to offers in the first place.
Okay.
Now and then that's really it. I don't really need these. I know. Isn't that crazy? Isn't that crazy? So I'm just going to hide them. Okay, so now the next one that I talk about is position and messaging. So here are my three category topics that I typically talk about with position. Methoding, the new way to niche. Okay, that's one topic I talk about all the time. Another topic I talk about all the time, which y' all know about me in my critrarian, is that building. Building no like and trust is a myth. No one likes that when I say that. But it's. That's a topic that I always talk about. Building, know, like and trust. I also talk about adding value, the real way to add value. So what I mean by this is that there I'm going to show you. Right? Okay, so let's just talk about this because this is one that came up. But. Well, hold on, I'll come to. I'll come back to that. Okay, so now I don't need these because I just don't need it. So plan and process. So what are some of the things that I talk about when it comes to the plan? Well, selling people think. Selling this lazy. So that's a huge talk that I'm always talking about. Expensive. Too expensive. Right. So let's just talk about. I talk about like resource resistant.
Okay.
And then I also talk about just post every day, not a business strategy.
Okay.
Now I tend to be and think through things polarizingly. Meaning, like what is the opposite? What are the things that everyone do that I just. That go against the grain. Right. That's just how I personally think through things. Okay. And then that's it. That's it, y'. All. That's all I talk about. I don't talk about anything else.
Okay.
Don't have 12 categories or nine categories or any of that. I don't. I just only talk about that. So then how do you turn that into gaggles of content? Different. Well, here are the different variables which you can see here in terms of like before we even get into the scripting of it.
Okay.
But here are the different variables that I change. And for each variable which you can see here, like where's it going? Each variable that you change turns into a different piece of content. Okay, so if the category topic is dollar for hour, I also organize it in by five different types of pieces. I could create a piece. So let's just create a polarizing piece. Okay, so how do I do a polarizing piece? Well, for me, I just do this in my brain. But for you, what I did is on this brainstorming sheet for you. I had you think about what are the away strategies and what are the towards strategies. So in order for you to really maximize this, you have to understand what is the problem that they have? What are the. What's in the way? What's the real problem? Why do they take those actions? And then you need to know, what do they want? Not what you want them to want. Not even maybe what they say that they want. What do they want for real and not what they need, not what you. So it's not what you want and it's not what they want or what they need. Because it's like when your kids are like, what do you want for dinner? You're like, Mac and cheese and ice cream. And you're like, okay, well, I'll give you a little bit of what you want, but you also need to eat veggies and protein so that you can feel your best. Okay, how can I deliver my. The what you need in a way that is exciting and fun? Okay, so now when you start brainstorming what your actual. Oh, this is just a template. I'm like, wait, I talk about Grimes. But this is what I wanted to. What it would look like if you, you know, for your. If nutrition is a pillar content. I got a category topic on car, category topic on protein, Category topic on fat. Okay, so anyway, back to mine, because that's what we're working on right now. We're showing you how to do this in real time. So what is a polarizing piece? So a polarizing piece is something like a limiting belief, something that I need to shift their perspective on. Because remember, your people are operating from mistakes and misconceptions, and it's a problem that they are doing all the wrong things to. To fix it. Or all the wrong. Or all the. And. And for all the wrong, they're doing all the wrong things to fix it. Or they don't even know what the problem is.
Okay.
So what my clients like to do is they trade dollar for hour. Okay. So they like to sell their sessions. So I might say, like, sessions are the selling sessions are the worst way to generate revenue. I could create money. I could create a polarizing piece on that I could also create a polarizing piece. I mean, I literally could come up with topics for days. But other things on, on, you know, treating trading dollar for hour is. Or, you know, or offers or I, I could talk about like your offer is on this category topic. So it's like your coaching is not an offer. Or if I wanted to say, like you're coaching, your coaching package is preventing you from generating revenue.
Right.
That's shots fired. Okay, so another example of, of this that I could create just dollar for selling sessions are the worst way to generate revenue. I could say it'll come to me. It'll come to me as I keep going. But they're like, that's an example of something I would say about your offer.
Okay.
Starting with messaging is the worst way to generate revenue.
Okay.
I might say another thing. I might say if I just drop this down, it's polarizing piece. I also might say surveying your audience is the worst way to create an offer. Beverly, how can you say that? I don't want to create something that no one wants. Of course not. But remember, your people are. If they knew how to fix the problem that they then they would. So instead of serving the audience, we need to observe them in the wild. Right? So this is me already creating content.
Okay.
And something that I like to do, which you're literally observing a brainstorm right now. Like, I'm literally brainstorming in real time live with you. So I like to go as like, loud as possible. Like loud against the grain as possible. Even though you might not usually see that kind of post for me because I'm just not typically aggressive. I don't like to, I believe that like attracts life. I like to call in people who are open and, and, and believe in the true meaning of diversity. And I, I do. Diversity is a core. It's a, it is a core value of mine. So that means that I can hold something, space for multiple different opinions without, without anger. That's. That's kind of what, that's what I like to call in. So I want to have discussions and I want to be okay with disagreeing and I can hold space and still love you. And that's just what I do. So because of that, I don't sometimes, you know, I don't try to put other people down. I don't try to make other people wrong because I'm not here to be right. I'm here to get results. So I want to hold space for multiple different opinions because I also give my, myself the space to change my mind. Okay. So that is, that's something that I'll do.
Okay.
So I, I don't know why I was telling you that. I remember it was important, but. Okay, so now if we're going to go back to this category, topic dollar for hour. This is my polarizing piece. Well, what are some of my how to pieces of content that I could create now? Education content, value ads.
Okay.
These types of content are going to be the pieces of content that add value. Now I've said this before over here, adding value is the worst, you know, traditional ways of adding value or the worst way to, to grow a business. Right. That's a polarizing piece that I would say here about adding value. But I also need to educate you on the truth of like on the truth about what? Value adding it. Right. So that's a, that's a piece right here. So let's talk about it. What's the real way about adding value? Because here's the deal. If your content sounds like Google, then no one. If your content sounds like Google, if you're speaking to everyone, if you are, if your content sounds and looks the exact same way as the thousands of other coaches out there, then you are running the risk of sounding like noise and just falling trap to the echo chamber of noise that is social media. Because you scroll for 30 seconds without either A seeing an ad or B seeing another person like you. And there's a couple reasons for that.
Okay.
And we're going to talk about that. But so, so if you sound like Google and also let me just ask you, when was the last time someone said Google was their favorite website? When was the last time someone said the encyclopedia was their favorite book? When was the last time someone said, wow, I just cannot wait to wake up and go to college and go to all those classes. No, not people don't like to learn. I hate to tell you. Not, not all people. Let me rephrase because I love to learn. And chances are if you're here with me and you care about the science of training, you actually care about learning too. Unfortunately, the masses don't. And the human mind and body is looking for the. Maybe even not. They're looking for convenience, even at the risk and expense of their health. Okay, so food for thought. Okay, so what we really are doing when we're thinking about adding value is we need to provide clarity. Have you seen those like funny. They're so funny. They're funny. Skit of the people like eating and they're taught and they're just eating air, they're eating water. And it's because we are. You know, they're basically pointing out how the information on social media specifically is just so confusing and conflicting. No wonder people are confused. Yes, exactly. And that's why when you provide content that provides clarity, it's very valuable. So that's number one. That's why all these perspective shifting pieces, these polarizing pieces are important. And then when you also add value by giving results in advance, meaning that they try out this tip, they're like, oh my gosh, this worked. You deepen the sense of trust and process. Not in person because nobody's buying from you because you eat tacos on Tuesday. So adding value gives them results in advance. And then perspective shifting, that's how you add value. And then three, you back up your process. You, you prove it. Which you can see over here in this category or this. Yeah. When I, when I look at the category topics. Right. Perspective shift results in advance or proof. So I'm measuring for myself. What category is this going into?
Okay.
Oh my gosh. This is. Hopefully you're so excited. I look at this because literally we are with every variable it might seem overwhelming. You don't have to change each one of the variables but honestly just one, one change is a new peak. So you literally have a gaggle of of option to create, to create pieces of content based on one effort. Like change one variable.
Okay.
And then you literally have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pieces. It is just so exciting because it means you don't have to work that hard. You are probably working harder than you have than you need to. Hopefully that that's exciting.
Okay.
Hopefully that is exciting to you.
Okay.
So, so this is where your how to's and value ads can come in. This is your opportunity to give them results in advance. So if you are going to do dollar for hour, we're like, maybe I teach you like how to create passive. Passive income. Passive income. Like would that be interesting to you? Let me know how to create passive income without working harder. Right. I could give you. What else could I give you? I could give you how selling stuff. So if that is a towards strategy, what's an away strategy? Like and maybe that's going to be more of a value add. So maybe this is going to be like the truth about, about revenue. Oh, I know another one that I just did that was really good. How to create the million dollar offer stack. What about, what about, what about. Oh, I have another idea. How to. I have another idea. It's going to come to me, grow a list of buyers, right? So you know, how, how to get paid to acquire lead instead of, you know, seeking the freebie tire kicker. Now, I know I'm brainstorming in, like, one spot, but what would I, what would I do? I would literally just take this. I would copy, copy it, and then I would paste it. Right. Or I, you know, all those places that I. I hid, I would just keep flushing it out that way.
Okay.
So that I could do what I'm about to do for each one of these topics. But I'm telling you right now, like, just put these pieces. We literally. There's a year of content probably right here. And why can I say that? Because. Let's just take this one topic. Selling sessions are the worst way to generate revenue. Well, I could create an Instagram short. I could put it in the Facebook group. I could create a Facebook personal page. I could put it on the Facebook page. Each one of these spot is a different type of content. So I could do short form. I could do long form. I could do, I could expand on it.
Okay.
Then I could change one of these. What am I going to do? I'm going to do a skit. I'm going to do a trending audio. I'm going to do a roll, like, direct the camera. Am I going to do a stitch? Am I going to do a carousel? I'm going to do an intro graphic. Am I going to do a photo, a quote card? Each one of these variables. Now I get it. Like the pod. I could say podcast here and podcast here. So that's likely not going to be two different pieces, but the rest of them are all going to be different pieces. So I could literally do Instagram short and then one of these. So that would be one piece times 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. So that's eight pieces of content right there. And then I could change this and now and do the same thing. So now it's 16 pieces of content. Do you see what I'm saying? Like, it's just so much. I have so many content ideas that I can't even get them all out in a year. Okay, now we start talking about, like, well, are we going to make it educational? Are we going to make it entertaining? Are we going to do both? So now I could do all 16 pieces educational. So then I could do all 16 pieces entertaining. So now we had 30, 32 math, 32 pieces of content. Actually, it's actually more than that because I could do 16 times 3. Right. Because repetition is the mother of all learning. Okay, now we got 48 pieces of content. Whoa, you guys, we're getting crazy. Then I can change one of these where I'm either going to make it relatable so that people really deeply understand that you understand the problem or so like an away on a way strategy. And then I might do an aspirational strategy of like, I was here and now I'm here and then maybe I'll do both. Oh my gosh, you guys, I just can't believe it. Now we've got 144 people. I didn't. And I even took the longboard now. So I mean, this is one topic, one topic. And I just spent the last 40 minutes showing you how to do it on all different types of content.
Okay.
Honestly, my brain pours out content. It does not have to be hard. It can be super easy. It doesn't have to be polished. You don't have to have a huge massive following. In fact, can use B roll, essentially content that you've already done. And just keep, keep rinsing and repeat, changing one of these variables, getting better in your hooks and how you say so. Then you just rinse and repeat until it takes what it takes. Okay, so I know that. And, and what happens to people? Okay, let me just pull up to see if we have comments because I want to make sure.
Okay, cool.
What happens to people is they get really overwhelmed. That gets super overwhelming because they don't know where to start. They don't know what they're measuring. They don't know what to do do. And so it ends up, they end up the mental load of actually doing the work is way more expensive than actually doing the work. Okay, so this is why get support, get help. Let me do some of the work for you. I've got done for you content. I've got canva templates for days. Come join us in the challenge and I'm going to actually show you behind the scenes look of what it is that we're doing. So which of course, depending on where you're watching it. Oh man, I forgot to show you. And then I just. I know I gave you a lot, but. But one of the things too.
Hold on.
Okay, so then one of the things too that we do is that I start to organize it in macro and micro cycles. Meaning I will take which you can see here. Here's my plan. The plan of content that's coming out. And then I organize it. I organize it in the micro. Like here's where it's going to go, where I'm going to make, where everything's going to be. So like this piece of content right now that you are actually watching or listening to, I'm going to you. I have it here in the Facebook group and I also have it on my podcast. So you're likely listening to this on the podcast as well because people like to hear things in different meanings. People learn all different ways and, and no one watches or listens to things. Well, I listen, I go back to listen to things all the time. So hopefully that helped you and inspired you. And if you're overwhelmed or you need some help and you want me to do some of the work for you, I, I, I've done it, I've organized it for you. You just need to answer some questions. You just copy and paste it and then start watching your DM slut. And it this works even if you don't have a huge following. And I also just want to caution caution you to remind you that you know, don't have a huge following compared to what? Because two things. Number one, if you won't show up for one person, what makes you think you're going to show up for a million? 1. 2, it's also, isn't it better to just get up, show, practice, show your face, magnetize yourself so that you can do it when no one's watching and then you just get better and better and better so then it almost looks like you're an overnight success. That's usually what happens to a lot of people. Two and then three, if you're anything like me, I'm a super external processor. I do very well brainstorming out loud. That's why I was like, oh, let me just do this live so that people can watch me do this in real time that I can see, you know, get my creative juices flowing, which is what I did. I pretty much was just doing exact that's exactly the process I go through. And then I measure it, I talk it out with my team and we, we get it going, he would do the same. So with that said, hopefully that helped you, gave you some inspiration. And then if you need help, check the show note, check comments below. I'll give you all the different resources to help you get started. And let's go. Hopefully this helped. Talk to you later. Bye.
