You're listening to the PT Profit Podcast. Today I'm walking you through the complete blueprint to consistent 20k months and beyond. Are you ready? Let's get started. Hi, I'm Beverly Simpson, former fitness manager turned online personal training business owner. And this podcast is where smart fitness professionals, including trainers and clinicians, discover how to increase client performance in movement, package and position their products and services, and get out of their own way so that they can increase their revenue to live a life that they love without sleazy sales. Welcome to the PT Profit Podcast. What's up, coach? Thank you so much for pushing play on another episode of the PT Profit Podcast. I'm your host, Beverly Simpson. And if this is the first time you're hanging out with me today, welcome. I'm super pumped that you're here. I know that today's episode is a slight, I don't know, detour from what we typically talk about on Thursdays because. Well, a couple of reasons. We have some incredible guest lineups that are starting tomorrow. I've got really. I got two really incredible guests that are already in the pipeline. We're having some great conversations. And so because of that, we're moving up Tuesday's episodes to Thursday because it's very interesting and it's not lost on me. I literally just posted on Instagram, if you follow me over there at BE Simpson Fitness, I literally just talked about the difference between understanding your commitment to your goals versus letting yourself get off the hook and understanding that there is a difference between not feeling like it and really, you know, going to the gym with the flu and at all costs. And really, for me, I practice flexible commitment, meaning if I say I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it. If it, if I have the flu or I was really sick and I couldn't do it and there was a specific reason that just really, really prevented me from doing it. Then I'm going to make a change and I'm just going to do an integrity restore where I restore my integrity. It's the same thing I do with my workouts where I just, I'm committed. I said I was going to do it. Do I not feel like it or do I really need the rest? Well, I just start and if after 10 minutes, I really, I'm just, I'm craving rest, then I give myself permission to. To follow my instinct, to follow my gut, to follow my intuition, to followed my inspired action. Right. I. And that sometimes requires an integrity store restore, meaning I have to re, you know, I know I said I was going to do this, but for circumstances outside of my control, I'm going to do something else. So I'm relentlessly committed to my. To. To what I say I'm going to do. And in this case, I thought, well, we already have something recorded. Let's just move it forward because I can do a separate podcast on Tuesday, which would be good because it'll. It'll finish out the. It'll finish the series that we've been really working on and give us an opportunity to start to. To go in a different direction. So it worked out perfectly just the way that it was supposed to. So with that said, you are going to be listening to a marketing episode. So despite the fact that it's a Science Day, however, 70% perfect, that's how we do things here at B. Simpson Fitness. So with that said, let's roll the final training. This is the training that really, literally pulls it all together. This process that I walk my accelerators through, my formula clients through, literally myself, through my team through. I'm constantly working through this process to refine it to go to the next level. So with that said, let's roll it. We're gonna dive into today. So let me just make sure we all see today's, like, really exciting, because here's where we're gonna, you know, start to put it all together. Okay. And this is really exciting because by now, if you've been catching the replay. We've already talked about the profitable offer stack. Okay. And we've talked about the product suite, and we've talked about a leveraged fulfillment system. We've also talked about how we can communicate our offer to the right person at the right time. Okay? So we have talked about that, and we have also talked about the. How we can communicate date, you know, to our person and create those. Create that compelling content that is designed to convert and how we're going to, you know, depending on the three different types of conversion events that we're dealing with, starting with our growing audience, but more specifically, growing clients, because you don't need to have a massive following. I actually shared yesterday, one of the things that I shared inside of, of my training or in my post yesterday is that I've actually been. I've been at, you know, the same Instagram following for the last, you know, 90 days. I haven't grown in terms of audience conversions from the Instagram. But that doesn't mean that we haven't been enrolling one to five clients per month, one to two per Week inside of accelerator, inside a formula. Okay, so this is where people get it twisted, is that's why I always say we oftentimes are looking at the. At the popularity metrics without realizing it, instead of the profitability metrics. Okay. This is something I shared with the accelerators recently because sometimes it can get very. You know, it's. It's. It's hard to feel like, oh, my gosh, I need to have this huge, massive audience, and it's hard to feel like, oh, I'm, you know, I'm not there yet, or I'm never going to get there, or whatever it is. And it's important to remember that just because we can't see the audience doesn't mean that it's not there. And then what ends up happening is people start to feel like, you know, they start to feel like, you know, especially if you're anything like me, they start to think, oh, people are judging me based on X, Y and Z. And here's the. You know, the truth of it is they are. They are. They're judging you, but they're judging you 100% of the time, whether they're deciding that they like you or they. Whether they are deciding that they. They don't. And that's not our job. And the truth of the matter is that if we know that we're going to be judged 100% of the time, then isn't it more important to focus on what it is that we love to do, what we're here to do, rather than focus on the people who will not be paying your. Your Visa bills? And yesterday we talked about how we cannot take likes, comment, shares, or even followers to the bank. Those are oftentimes the popularity metrics that we accidentally chase when it. When what we really need to do is we need to focus on the profitability metrics. Are we enrolling people? Are we growing all of the aspects of our audience, not just the ones that are visible? Okay, so if you're asking, well, how, Beverly, how are we going to do this? Where do I put this? Where do I put this conversion content? Great. So glad that you're here. If you want to come see the slides that. Just send me a DM after this live, if you're hanging out with me here on Instagram. And I'll move you into the group, because you can see the slides. I have slides here for you. Because the question is, where do I put this content? Because the truth of the matter, one of the biggest misconceptions that we all face Is that, is that just post every day is not a business strategy? Okay, Now I get why people tell you to do this. It's because no one can purchase from the Internet's best get a best case kept secret. No one can do that. Okay? And part of the process of creating quality over quantity is going to come through quantity. You will be better, you will get faster, you will acquire the skill that is essential to growing a business through quantity. But what happens is that if we don't have a structured approach and clear on what our intention is within the conversion event, then oftentimes it's going to feel like throwing spaghetti on the wall and then, and then just seeing what sticks. Because if it were truly as simple as just post every day, then wouldn't every single one of us be flying around in our private jets celebrating our biggest month to date? And I probably don't have to tell you how often that actually isn't true. Okay? And the, and that plain and simple, it's not true. Okay? So by the end of this training, when you stay with me till the end, you're going to walk away with a complete customer blueprint that I'm going to show this doc this slide. If you're here joining me, you probably, you come, you'll come see the replay here. But this is the customer journey. This is the pressure free permission based sales system that we build out inside of the accelerator program. And it goes through four phases. And so I'm just going to walk you through specifically what this machine looks like because we've talked about on day one, we talked about the leveraged fulfillment system, okay. We talked about how we're going to, how we do that, okay? On day two, we talked about the conversion event system, okay? That is how we start to have conversations around. This is where we had conversion event conversations or the conversion system, okay? And now we're going to move into that pressure free permission based sales system. And this is the process of what it actually looks like depending on the different types of conversion events. So it first starts with your offer and phase one is designing this pressure free permission, permission based process, okay? Then we reverse engineer it. And what I like to remember and remind my clients is that none of you who are here that are showing up, that are having conversations, that are serving, okay, all of you are, are putting valuable content out. And so this means that there are people that you are somewhat connected to, at least some capacity, who are ready, need to invest in themselves. They just haven't had the opportunity to do so, okay? So this is where we get to do phase two. We get to deliver it. We get to stress test this premium offer. This is where we get to create the, the conversion content that is going to be like, hey, if I put this together, would you be interested? Would you know someone who is interested? This is that rapid lean launch, that 7 to 14 day sprint which is stress testing the revenue. And now this is amazing because it's also an opportunity for you or stress testing the offer rather. This is an amazing opportunity for you to, to have a cash infusion, okay. Where you've got hot people who are going to go from your social directly to the sales mechanism and then presenting the offer. Okay, then what is awesome about this sales system that we put together? Okay, now that you've got this cash infusion, we move into phase three where we scale it. Now typically industry standard is 30 to 90 days is typically when the first 15% of your audience who's ready to purchase is going to purchase. But then you're going to have another 80% of people who just need a little bit more. Now what is that little bit more that I'm talking about in quotes? That little bit more is that they have some reservations based on past experience, based on themselves. Right? If you go back and think about the value add that we talked about or how people determine value, go back in training one and in training two where we actually talked about this and we talked about how people are determining value and then resistance needs to be removed. But not resistance like overcoming objections and sales and like hard style selling. I mean resistance to the process. I mean resistance to, to themselves. Like I've been like they have some experience, experience as a double edged sword. And people don't realize this, this shows up a lot with my clients too is they, they, they think, oh, I've done this before, I've been in coaching before, I know what this is like. But the truth of the matter is that A, it's different, I know that it's different. Okay? And B, there are principles. There are principles. Things that are true attract people with the problem and sell them the solution. It doesn't matter whether you're successful or not. Those are principles. It doesn't matter what coaching program you go into or move into. Those are the, then the principles. Okay, so if that is true and we know that to be true, then what? Then are what? Then are. So then what? How do we nurture them? How do we move them through that customer journey? And we do it in a pressure free, permission based way. So that people are like, oh, okay, whatever. I'll, you know, you don't feel like urgent. Okay, this is that nurture. This is the nurture conversion event. This is that conversion event where it's like, hey, hang out in my store as long as you need because there's no rush, there's no urgency. I'm here for you. So this is where we get to put in that front end offer. Okay, now inside accelerator, which I will break down today. Okay. I teach you for essential front end offers. The first is going to be like that freebie, okay, the freebie to the sale. The second is going to be the one to many. So this is like your one hour training to the sales mechanism and then it's going to be the many to many through like multiple trainings to many people to the sales mechanism or the fourth, which is the slo, which is going to be the low ticket to high ticket. And the reason why I do this is because I believe in paid lead acquisitions. Because when you are paid for your time, not only will people show up because they're invested, there's an emotional investment. The pressure and urgency. There is no pressure and urgency. This is why I don't care that my Instagram hasn't grown because my, that those aren't the metrics that I'm necessarily looking at right now. I, I, you know, with my, I shared too yesterday that my ads are off. So it does feel a little bit like my authority. My demonstration of authority doesn't feel quite as, as assorted as I would love it to be and feel. But that's okay. That's just my ego. I don't need that. I know that my client not only does this process work for me, it also works for my clients and hundreds of clients that I've worked with. Okay, so, and, and you know, it's easy to get into this, this, this feeling and thinking that, oh my gosh, I, you know, so and so is better than me. So if so and so is going to do this and I should just do this. But the truth of the matter is that you can trust and go all in on the desires of your heart because there's a reason you want to do this and not something else. Okay, so now one of the biggest questions that people, accelerators and formula clients will ask me is what is the difference between this messaging or the sales mechanism versus the front end offer? I'm going to remind you of a couple of things because when we are looking at this, what I like to call the hybrid sales System. Okay. So this is an evergreen permission based pressure free sales system, which is a combination of making sales every single day. People buy from me every day. Whether it's my low ticket offers or whether it's going into my high ticket offers. There needs to be an opportunity to buy from every day. It's part of your responsibility as a business owner to keep the lights on, to keep the doors on. It's essential. Okay, and so, so how do you do that without what people will say, burning your, your warm audience? How do you do that if you're not launching? Because for me, what happens is. And what in an email the other day, which I'm in the process of a migration, which is why I, I email my people every day. Okay. And so you might feel like where she, why is she not emailing me is because I'm in the middle of a migration. I promise by the end of next week, you know, by next week I will, I will be back to sending my emails. However, this is just to remind you that, that, you know, again, there's invisible audience. But this is part of what, part of how you nurture your people when you're not launching. Because so they'll do this huge, massive launch and then they'll nurture and then they get like so burned out that they like just get drained. So after they're done, they just end up like retreating. Okay. And that's not what we do here. We just constantly have people coming through every single day and the work is fun. Okay. So the difference between the sales mechanism and the front end offer is not necessarily the vehicle. So what do I mean by that? I mean that you can have a call or a live training, like a one to many or many, many to many that serves as the sales mechanism. Or you can have it be front end offer. So a webinar could be a sales mechanism or a front end offer. A challenge could be a sales mechanism or a front end offer. So it's not necessarily the way the messages is delivered, it's what and how the message is delivered and what for. So what do I mean by that? So, and then people get twisted like, oh my gosh, I need to, I need to, you know, they get, they get in their head about feeling like, okay, does this mean that I'm not going to talk about my offers? Listen. And which I've told my accelerators. There's not a day that goes by that I don't talk with pride about my accelerators. All of their wins, all of their challenges. It helps me Connect with my people, because I'm not it. We're not in this for the money. We're in this for. To help people. Okay? The fact that you're here means that you're serious about helping people and you deserve to get paid for what it is you bring to the market space. Okay? So. So what that means is that I can. I, you know, I get to help feed people, I get to help feed my family. I get to help other people, you know, get health and wellness on the spot, real health and wellness out into the world. Okay? So all that to say I'm going on this passionate rant. Rant about the fact that I don't look. I don't look at selling as. As. Okay, well, let me just do this promotion and then I'll get back to. Then I'll get back to, you know, doing my nurture content. I'm. My value is not determined by how much nurture content I can put out and value content I put out. Okay? And then, you know, so that I can accidentally sell and just apologetically be like, I promise I'm gonna get back to. To nurturing. No, no, no. Selling is a service. And in fact, the more times people, when they invest in themselves, it's not about you, it's about themselves. And they're showing up for themselves. And people will always say to me, because this comes up a lot, okay? They'll be like, oh, that never like coaching. It's not accessible, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, I hear that and I get that. And I do understand why and why that is why people say that, why that's possible. And I'm sitting here right now at 12:00pm and I've been, blah, blah, blah for the last 30 minutes, sharing coach. If you were here right now, or people were right here right now, they could be asking me questions and I'm going to answer them. Okay? So I get it. I know that. And. And I'm pulling it up right here so I can see just in case there are questions, because I missed them last time, but I came back and answered them. But the point is, is that. Is that this is your opportunity to get resourceful. You start to feel like I want to invest in my business and invest in myself and invest in. In something, whether it's me or not. Like, listen, it's. I have been working so hard. That was that heavy side. That's. That working so hard on myself to release this. These moments of scarcity. Because I'm always asking my clients to remember that you can Go all in on, on yourself and know that the people who are meant for you are going to come to you just by you constantly showing up. Okay? And so, and you're not going to acquire that skill if you're not showing up to the capacity that you can. This is not about let's work until our eyeballs bleed. This is about how efficient can we work and use the, that we have. Because most of us are just bleeding death by a thousand paper cuts. That's why I, I, I, I don't operate from this place of, of selling a sleaze. It's not, it's a call to action, however, and I should say not however. And this means I'm going to share about my offerings every single day because I have no zero shame around how amazing these programs are. Because I, I show up for my people as if it were my own business. Sometimes to my own detriment, to be honest. Okay, so what's the difference then, right? Why wouldn't I just sell? Well, a couple of reasons which we'll get to. I, I have learned some really intensive lessons when it comes to making sure we put the right people in the right spot so that everyone is happy and successful. Okay. I've learned some hardcore lessons on that. So that's number one. And then number two is because people, this is part of market quote unquote saturation or market sophisticated, which just means that we need to a new level of sophistication in the way that we communicate. Because what happens is that we have had experiences. I'm willing to bet that some of you within the last three 30 to 90 days, at least in the last 90 days, if you've been looking for an opportunity to invest in yourself and in your business and you've potentially gotten on the phone with somebody that, that if you've had a bad experience, because most people have had a bad experiences on the phone where they leave, they get off and they feel worse about themselves or they, they or, or they've had buyer remorse in purchasing and we don't want that that okay. In fact it's against, it's against our company policy to pressure anybody and put anybody in again. Because remember I say pressure free permission based. I don't even pitch anybody unless they ask to be pitched. Okay, this is not, this is, but, but not everybody's like that. Not everybody is like that. And your clients have had experiences with potential health and wellness professionals who had lacked empathy, who don't understand, who tell you that everybody has the same 24 hours in the day. Whatever it is, okay. Whatever your message is, it's not about like being right. It's about connecting with the right person at the right time. Okay? So that's the difference. The sales mechanism is an opportunity for you to invite your client to say yes to themselves. A front end offer is just where you're sharing about the process. You can share about the offer, but there's no direct way for them to buy yet. And you might be thinking, oh, but I want them to go, no, no you don't. I get you want to make sure depends on the offer. Okay. And it depends on where, where it is. But you sometimes it's not about how fast can we get them to buy. Well, at least it's not in my company and at least it's not in the company that the companies that I work with, we build permission based pressure free sales systems. That's what we do that are hybrid and that where that when we put together offers that are so good that they are easy to sell and fun to deliver, that's what we focus on. Okay. And it will require us to ask for money. Okay? So, so those conversations will happen, but oftentimes in a sales mechanism. So now let's talk about what are the conversion events? Okay, so your conversion events, which we've talked a little bit about, it's the new audience, new prospects, new customers. And so yesterday we really talked about what those conversion events were. So now let's talk about the systematic approach to having these conversations which is the four phases of messaging. So I like to work through the four eyes, which is interrupt, inspire, invite and implement. Okay. This is how you start to begin to create an ethical messaging ecosystem that, that promotes or, or drives leads and customers into your business. So I talked about the four, I talked about how in the sale or in the business I, I build out the four systems, right? So I think about the, I build out the, you know, we design it, we stress test it, and now we scale it. Now typically when we're scaling the, the honest truth is that I use apps ads. I scale with ads first because now I know I have this converting offer and now I scale with ads and I do in those four different front end offers, okay? That's part of my invisible audience. That's how I get to become, that's how you will get to become number one in your niche. And then I layer on top of what we're talking about now, the, the ethical messaging ecosystem. Now, now you know the, the other thing that people say too Is that. Or the other thing that I'll say that, you know, is, is you will want to grow audience. So it's not that audience doesn't matter or that followers don't matter. It's just about where you're going to put those into attention, where you're going to put your attention on. And what. And people will tell you to master one lead flow. For me, I could never do that. It's just your, your business would be on such a volatile ground if it only relied on a one source of lead flow. That is, you can't even begin to imagine how thin your, your, your business would be on if it only regret relied on Instagram. Well, yeah, but somebody told me that I needed to focus on one platform at a time. Sure. I get why. I, I really do. I get why. Because your attention and capacity can only be focused on, on, you know, so many things at once. I get it. And I like to be focused and, and, and I like to be focused and I like to be intentional with my time and in my capacity and always within the context of the vision of the dream and the vision of the business. Okay. The context of the business and to the goal. Okay. So with that, you know, so people say, oh, Beverly, just, you know, and then people will say, oh, but having all those things, followers, you know, provides authority. Well, does it? Maybe. But does that automatically mean that that person's an expert? I bet you I can point right now and I bet you you can point right now and think of somebody that has more authority as an expert in the space. But maybe is not in your opinion or, or, or may. But maybe I was going to say maybe in your opinion or what? You know, you know, but maybe you disagree with that, right? I have some names that come to mind. Maybe you're like, oh, but that's old, outdated. This is why your voice is needed. Okay, so interrupt. We need to stop the scroll. We need to meet them where they're at, what are the things that they are searching for. Okay, Then we go into the inspire phase. So social media specifically has this amazing opportunity where you get to both attract new people and then nurture the people that you're. That you're with. So you're going to have very specific pieces of content that, that will meet people where they're at without you having to control it. Right. There's always going to be the variables that you can control and the variables that are outside of your control. So then you start thinking about, all right, so you have Inspire interrupt and Then you have nurture content or insp content which is usually friend content. This is like your how tos where people already have like a level 2 awareness. If you remember from yesterday, they just have more resistance that needs to be removed. And then we go into the promotional phases of invite and implement where people need anywhere from eight to 14 touch points before making a buying decision. Where the buying decision is either no, not yet or yes, I'm ready. And the best part is that when you layer on this evergreen pressure free permission based sales system where it takes what it takes until it takes, you don't have to feel that stress or urgent urgency of I need to make hit this number and have these huge feast or famine cycles of launching. No, you get to just show up. You get to talk about what you love. You get to magnetize yourself and be in your power and share and invite people to say yes to themselves in the way that works for you. Okay. And then you can build in which is like what I like to do with my, with my stuff as well as for my clients. We build in promotional periods where we directly invite people to say yes either to the front end offer to the low ticket to the high ticket. Why? Because volume, if you go back to that, the, the, the con, if you go back to the conversation that we had earlier about, about growth, which is, which is visibility value and now volume and volume is going to show up in two ways. Where you are, where you are constantly inviting people at least 8 to 14 touch points and then, and then volume in your visibility and in your presence. Something that I want to remind you all that I did this deep dive recently on some, on people's content. Like when I'm looking, I look at my accelerators client content all the time. Okay. I just think that it's essential that they get real time feedback. Because how many times. This is why support is so essential. Because how many times have you joined a program or a course that promised support and then it just either you were like in these big massive groups and got left behind and felt like nobody's paying attention, you know, or I did everything that they said, like what went wrong or whatnot and then, and then you're not sure what is the next best lever to pull. This is why coaching is essential. Okay, so, so anyway, I was reviewing some of my accelerators content and I was, I was giving them some ideas because I don't know if you're anything like me. Sometimes it gets in my head when I start to look at, at other creators that are in my niche. And I feel like I, you know that because that's sometimes, like, sometimes the advice that people give. And for me, that doesn't feel good just because I start to go into shame spirals. I start to feel like I'm, you know, I, whatever the, the noise in my head that comes through. So I, so I decided that I wanted to just look left, let me look left at some of the other things that I don't teach teach. And that isn't my niche, but that I do enjoy. And I started to clinically look at it. And what I realized and what I come came to discover is that you can. I started to hear and like when I like deep dived in the scroll, I started to like every single piece of content. It was the same. And what I mean by same, it was like, hey, here's how I made a million dollars in one year working one to three hours a day. It literally, if, if that phrase was inside of, for ordinary people, that phrase was inside legitimately, every single piece of content for at least 5,000 pieces of content. Okay, we think that, and we think that we're annoying and we think that we're just talking about the same thing over and over and over again. And if you're there, then you're on to something. Maybe you're on to something, something. I'll give you another example. I, I was, I, I really got invested in, I really got invested in somebody's this, this topic, right? This topic that is kind of quote unquote controversial. And I was, you know, really like diving deep into this content and I started looking for resources on it. I wanted to like, I wanted to see like, what are people talking about in regards to this piece of content? And I started going to like Huberman Lab and I started going to all these places that I felt like would have it or would, would have conversations about it. And all of a sudden I felt like, wow, it's really hard to find this content. And I was sitting there deep diving y', all. Like, I'm not even lying to you. I was deep diving on this topic and then I realized, oh, oh, they're just not talking about it quite nearly enough versus this other person where I'm like, every piece of post every single day. There's no zero, zero doubt as to what this person is about. It's very clear from one piece of content every single day. So even though I organize so this is what's so exciting about what I'm about to break down in terms of the Macro and microcycle and these 4ph of messaging and how I create this ethical organic experience, especially when I have my knowing my ads are running in the background. Okay. Is that it works like an accordion. And nobody is experiencing your content the way that that I teach you to plan it. And the reason why is because when you plan time, you save time. And so when you have a plan then you'll be able to get the volume out. And then when you have the volume out, then that is the quantity that without sacrificing quality. And then you can start refining the quality as you start to find your voice. Because that's what this is about. Communication, communicating your offers to the right person at the right time. Time. That's what this is about. That's what grows a business. And so here is how I help my clients and help and what I'm going to offer to you to create and oh, this was something else I wanted to say especially since we're still on the topic of content creation and organizing content, is that you don't have to come up with a hundred gaggle pieces of content. You legitimately could have like five. Five pieces. Five topics that you talk about every day in a different way. That's it. I mean I know it sounds so mind boggling because you think won't people get bored of it? Can you just try it for the next 30 days and then tell me what happens? I would be curious. Okay. Where it is just so clear. Every single piece of content. It is so clear who this is for what you're about and why you're the expert. I mean sometimes, you know, I'm about to show you this macro and macro cycle of content. Okay, so here are the buckets. Like here are the pillars. Okay. And then you know, you're about me, my why behind the scenes. And then I start to organize them. Right. Yesterday we talked about those five pieces. We just organize it it. Okay. Like you literally could be the person that is known for carbs and just talk about carbs every single day. All kinds of carbs. And you're like, but that's so boring. I know, but that's. That's one conversion content can. You're known for something and then when they come into your space, then you can take them on along for the ride. A ride. Complexity is often at the expense of clarity be. And the more clear and simple you can be, the better. Okay, so then we create a macro cycle. So I like to do one long form and then a whole bunch of short form. Oh my Gosh, this is like back in the day when like clubhouse was like a thing. So funny. Anyway, so I you create like core pieces of content. So think deep, deep depth. And then your short form is going to be your wide where you could get more reach, where you can a test messaging or you can drive traffic or drive make smaller micro pieces, micro cycles based on the macro. Just like they have periodized programming for strength training. This is periodized marketing for four health pros. That's essentially what I did. And then this is how I organize my microcycle of content based on the macro and it all works synergistically together. This is how you can start to drive the quality and without or drive the quantity without saying sacrifice and quality. Where you can test messaging, where you can show up. But then when you think of this as an accordion you could lit because people are not consuming your content regularly. This is where we start to like now we start talking about the three, two, one method. This is where we start going deep about like well what do we change? How do we, you know, which variable are we going to change? How are we going to problem solve, so on and so forth. Okay, and then that's the fun part. But when you systematically put this into an ethical messaging ecosystem that's pressure free and permission based and you get paid to acquired leads while you start to generate revenue, then then the sky is the limit. And then you can move into phase four where you start to automate yourself, start to work yourself outside of the business because now you're growing team, you're bringing people into the space and it just goes up from there. So then the question becomes, well then what's the fourth system that I've been talking about? And it's skill and it's going to be your emotional regulation, the stuff that people don't really want to talk about. But just like you want to neutralize all of the hate that might, may or may not come to you. Like attracts like. You also need to neutralize the positives and the goods because I want to remind you that you are not what you do and you're and, and it's not a reflection of you. Okay, so I talked about this yesterday in terms of like the polarizing piece because I'm about to get canceled over on Tick Tock. I'll let you know when it happens because I'll probably need your support. But when it does happen, I wanted, I reminded myself that like hey, this is also, you know, it's not, it's not. Those people are probably not going to be my clients. Just like when someone who does really well, it's not necessarily even a reflection of me. It's a reflection of the process and the principles and the communication of the implementation. And everyone's going to be at different skill levels and skill acquisition. So that's why it's so impo important that the mental load, that the emotional regulation of positive and negative gets managed and that you have those tools because that's essential. It's part of it, but it's not all of it. It's part of it. Okay, so that's, so I just wanted to share and put that out there and then, and then that's it. And then you just relentlessly execute until you hit what you want in the capacity that you have. So now legitimately, there's nothing I've shared with you here today that is theory or fluff or stuff that might work. This is exactly what I've done in my own business. It's exactly what I've done for my client's business. And legitimately we are just generating anywhere from consistent 10k months to upwards of 40 to 50. Okay. And it's using this exact process that I'm showing you here inside of, on the slides. Phase one, design it. Phase two, we deliver it. Phase three, we begin to scale it. And we scale it both with paid advertising as well as the ethical, the organic ethical sales system. And then phase four, we begin to automate it and work yourself outside of the business. Now I could tell you just how powerful this is, but let me show you, here's some of, just some of the results that we have been seeing inside of accelerator. And people ask me why? What is the difference? And for me, I said it earlier, but it is the support because we all have blind spots and we all have, have roadblocks. And so it's, it's not about, it's not about, you know, how, you know, it's not about trying to figure this out and do it all on your own. This is about, you know, can you point to a million dollar business that, that has done that? I can't. There's nothing wrong with asking for help and sometimes that could be really hard when it comes to high achievers. So the main takeaway is that we need to implement these four systems to scale your business. If you want to start generating, scaling real revenue, stop trading dollar per hour and that you actually get and you actually start to make the impact that I know that you're here to do. Okay. The problem so many Coaches face though is that we lack strategy systems support because we all have blind spots. So how are you supposed to see and change what you can't see? Okay, I get that. Right. So this is why I created the PT Profit accelerator. So the obvious question then is what next? What do we do? Well, you can continue to do exactly what we said. Like, listen, like I, I've mapped it out. I gave you the what, I gave you the why, I even gave you the how how. Okay, but that will be slow and it's going to be through a lot of trial and error and, and you might not be able necessarily to see what it is that you can actually achieve. So you could either do the slow way or, or, or what is required, what is the next lever or you can come and do it the fast way and join us inside of the PT Profit formula accelerator. So like I promised you, there's nothing to purchase here. Okay. So. And I'm going to explain why. This is also part of one of the lessons that I've learned from 2023 and what I'll learn into as we continue into 2024 is that this is a simple step by step, proven pressure, pressure free process process that you can instantly implement to start and scale a highly profitable health and wellness business. It's designed to double your investment guarantee need or you don't pay. Okay. We have daily skills labs where it's your opportunity to practice the skills with me versus on potential leads. Okay. And honestly it is, it is one of, one of the most, I mean it is one of the most robust programs out there because it's not just some gimmicky learn the new funnel or learn this new social media platform. It's the exact blueprint for business machine building fundamentals that truly transcend. Okay. It's exactly how we have created 0 to 160k in 8 months. Even if you felt like I don't have a list, I don't have a big following, we've already talked about case studies. Okay. So it's, it's. I mean this is also what we did for a client who generated 30k and 3 back to back launches, handful of followers. I mean, I mean I just have so many, I'm just listing off the, the, you know, the actual, like I just have a bunch of case studies that, that share this. Okay. And so if you have any questions or curious about like will this work for me or how, you know, can I, you know, can I join or anything, anything at all like that, okay, then comment on this video. Send me a dm because, because we will schedule your profit plan and inside of this profit plan it's customized and there's again, it's against our company policy to, to provide any pressure or push or any of that.
