A developer built Space Flux, an FPS with six spatial mechanics including Fractal Mode where maps contain infinitely nested smaller versions you can snipe across, and Infinite Looping Mode that extends the map endlessly in every direction. The game also features destructible maps, portals, and gravity-flipping mechanics.

This map is a fractal. As you go down to the center, you keep coming back to where you started. The map contains a smaller version of itself, which also contains a smaller version of itself, and on and on to infinity. Now imagine playing a free-for-all deathmatch in a never-ending fractal. Welcome to Space Flux. Players exist on each of these nested maps, so you can snipe your opponent from any layer of the map. Fractal mode is only one of 6 impossible spaces in Space Flux. You have the infinite looping modes, where the map itself in all directions, forever. In Fractal Minimap, there's a mini version of the map here inside this building. I can jump inside it and land anywhere I want back on the actual map. In Mirror Mode, the map is reflected and so are you. If you like portals, fully destructible maps, and flipping gravity, then you'll love Space Flux. Get it on Steam Early Access by clicking the button right here.
