A speaker shares their home office setup: a standing desk, walking pad, and blue-light glasses. The walking pad helps them accumulate steps and stay focused while working, and the standing desk reduces discomfort during long workdays.
I really love my workstation at home these days. I used to sit on the couch and work and I hated it so much. So we invested in a stand-up desk and a walking pad so I can get some steps in while I do my work. If I know I'm going to be using my screen for a long time, I use my blue light glasses to help protect my eyes. I really enjoy the flexibility of working from home, but sometimes it's really hard to stay motivated. So I love this walking pad because it really helps me to stay productive and focused on my work.
