A speaker reflects on San Diego's appeal but considers moving to Florida for affordability and family. They note unusual winter storms in San Diego and worry that severe weather may become normal due to climate change.
It's a shame because it's such a nice city. That's why everybody wants to live here. Yeah, we have the best weather in the country. Realistically, we'll probably end up in Florida because, yeah, more affordable, and I've got a lot of family there. But it was our first time here in San Diego and we enjoyed our time. So I apologize. It rains every winter, no question. Uh-huh. Severity of the storms was more than usual. But there's global warming, so what do you want? Everything's changing. Maybe this is the new normal.
