A real phone call with an Enterprise rental agent named Rhonda. A customer books a one-way rental from Detroit Metropolitan Airport to Saginaw, Michigan, but learns the specific Bay Road location isn't available for drop-off, so the agent suggests Saginaw Airport instead.
Good morning and thank you for choosing Enterprise. My name is Rhonda. Would this be for a new or an existing reservation?
A new reservation.
Okay, I'll be happy to help you with that. And what city and state would you like to pick the vehicle up in?
DTW in Michigan.
What date and time?
I was gonna see if they have anything on their lot today around, I don't know, 3:30 or 4 PM.
Okay, and when would you return the vehicle?
The following day, but in a different city.
What city?
Saginaw, Michigan, on Bay Road.
One moment, let me see if I can get you a one-way.
Okay, thank you.
I wouldn't have a one-way to the Bay Road branch. You could drop it off at the airport in Saginaw.
