A customer orders a matcha broth latte and discusses how bone broth drinks are booming in the U.S. The coconut milk overpowers the broth flavor, but Americans drink them for collagen and protein. Korea has had bone broth soups for years.
Can I choose the matcha broth latte please? I've been wanting to try it because I feel like in Korea we have a lot of bone broth-based soups but like see a lot of people in the US just like sipping on it. Collagen, protein, nutrients overall. Like it's having a moment these days. I've never tried it like in a latte. Do you taste it or? You can't really. Coconut definitely overpowers it. If anything, you taste the coconut milk a little bit more. We do only take card. That's all right, thank you.
