Why watching TV shows doesn't improve your English: you need easier, single-topic content where you can follow along even with gaps. Pay attention to connected speech, how "did you" becomes "didja." Use visual vlogs with daily routines so context helps you understand.
Listen to easier content that's like one topic. Even if you can't understand everything, you know the topic, so you can continue to follow along and guess and fill in the blanks. Start really paying attention to connected speech. Take small clips from dramas, anything you like, and start to notice the difference between written and spoken language, like "did you" and "did you." Channels like yours where you're like showing people your daily routine, they get that visual and that listening component, two for one.
