An American shares their morning routine: checking emails, reviewing the calendar, and planning the day with coffee. They switched from paper to-do lists to digital apps and explain they're most productive early because their brain works best in the morning.
The first thing I like to do in the morning is get organized and ready for the week ahead. So I check my emails, respond to messages, look at my calendar, and make sure that I'm organized for everything that's coming up. For a long time, I was very old school. I only used paper and pen for my to-do lists, but now everything is digital, so I use many apps to help me stay organized. I'm a morning person and my brain works better in the morning, so I prefer to do these kinds of tasks right away in the morning with my cup of coffee.
