This is pop. No, it's soda. Wow, so nobody in Virginia says pop ever? No. If I go to Virginia and I ask for a pop, will people understand me?
I think these days they would understand because it's like in movies and stuff, but they would definitely know you're from out of town.
In Michigan, if somebody says soda, I feel like it sounds a little bit fancier.
