When it comes to body language. Some of the mistakes that leaders make is they forget that they can often come in charging because they're really working fast, thinking fast, moving quickly. I'm actually 6 foot 4, so when I approach people at their desk or in an office environment, in a boardroom meeting, etc. I find them come charging in and I need to kind of slow it down and often even sit down or kneel down when I show up beside them.
