Short excerpt from a YouTube video titled "Amazing Ways To GET Your Work Recognized" (by Cameron Herold, uploaded July 25, 2023). The snippet captures a speaker (Lauren and another speaker) discussing feelings of insufficient recognition for their contributions at work, especially as the business began doing very well.

Struggling with the.
Lack of recognition in terms of the work that I do. Sometimes that's difficult. And that was something that I kind.
Of struggled with a little bit last year when.
The business kind of started.
Doing very, very, very well.
And we kind of garnered a bit. A bit more attention in the space. People were kind of talking about Lauren, but people tend not to talk about the second in command.
