So have your employees playing with a bunch of the different AI tools and then every Monday, report back with what they were playing with, what they tried doing and how it went, and share the different use cases of how they're using AI in their jobs. But you need your employees to not be fearful of AI. You need them to embrace it. And again, the real impact on your business is not going to be because of using AI. It's going to be because of the fear and the nervousness that has everybody in your company paralyzed. So you need to help free up that nervousness and have them embracing it and having fun with it.
