Business Marriage

So I'm actually super excited to announce that we are running only for the second time in five years, a COO slash CEO in person event. So it's limited to only 20 companies and the CEO and COO have to attend together. And we're going to have the head of the Colby Group, David Colby, coming to present on Colby profiles and the personality profiles that make the CEO and CEO different. We also have Dr. Patty Ann Tublin coming and she is a world renowned marriage specialist to massive Wall Street CEOs, has got a ton of press around her. She also presented at our event three years ago. And then I'll be doing some sessions on conflict management and communication. There'll be two full days of CEOs and COOs together working on building a stronger relationship between those people. So you think about the CEO and CEO, it's really like a business marriage, right? The CEO has their own idiosyncrasies, the COO has idiosyncrasies. But how often do we work on building that true Yin and yang partnership? So it's going to be of those people meeting some of the sessions that will have the CEOs just meeting with themselves while the CEOs will just be meeting. Sometimes it will be you and your COO or you and your CEO meeting together. Other times it'll be the CEO meeting with a different COO from another group. And then there will also be some in person sessions where you get to sign up for one on ones with either David Colby or Patty and Tublin or myself to have us work with you over the two and a half days as well. Some great dinners, some great special event stuff happening as well. It's going to be held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Phoenician Resort. And I think the dates are September 9th and 10th. Now it's open for and this is the only event that we actually allow CEOs to come to. It's also the only time we allow non member COOs to attend as well. So this is open to both COO alliance members and non COO alliance member companies. And it's limited to the first 20 who sign up and pay that are coming to that event. So hopefully we get to see you there. The price for member companies is 11,000 total. That's, that's for your CEO and COO both to attend. The price for non member companies is 15,000, but that also includes a I think it's a $5,000 discount to your COO alliance membership. So it allows you to almost have a try before you buy if you want your COO to join that as well. Huge, huge opportunity to work on your relationship with each other.
