I would describe it as a group of encouraging peers that truly help you balance and ground your perspective, reminding you that you're not alone, that all of the things that you think about— good, bad, and ugly, your insecurities, your confidence and strength— are all going to be things that are normal, and you're not alone in thinking those things. It's honestly an amazing level set and encouraging environment to be able to be a part of. I probably would start with asking them what they currently have in their network right now that gives them the confidence to be able to have thought partners, soundboards, and other people that truly understand what they are going through. Their answer is going to be likely nobody. We'll likely then talk about how they feel alone and feel like they have to try to figure it out, and they have the isolation that is accompanied with that. So then I would come at it from that perspective and say, this group here eliminates all of that, and it gives you that network and that community for you to have so you don't have to be alone moving forward in a very hard role.
