I would describe the COO Alliance as a super dynamic community that congregates together to solve ideas. Very, very tactical, where we can share some of our trials and tribulations as COOs and make sense out of things sometimes that don't make sense when you're on this journey by yourself. I would say when you're on the COO journey, it is constantly, constantly evolving. But understanding every day how to navigate those, it helps so much when you have a community at hand where you can actually get real-time feedback continuously. You can get guidance, you can get mentorship. I feel like I would not have been able to navigate all my journey across 7 years without having some kind of community like this and guidance like this. I really feel like the COO Alliance was there and has been there for me during high growth and, you know, some stumbling blocks. I think having that support is just incredibly, incredibly helpful.
