COO Events — Where COOs Go When It Gets Serious

I recently joined the COO alliance on the recommendation of my CEO. It was important for us to look towards finding a place where I can actually come and learn, share ideas and really look at how I can improve myself and keep myself upskilling for the next growth seasons that our company was going through. When I initially looked into the COO Alliance I found it interesting in terms of the problem statements and the courses the general community. Now having actually attended an event I can without a doubt say that everything is as advertised. I look towards the invest in your leaders program that Cameron has developed and there is so much of that that we implement in our own organization. I can say if you're a COO looking to grow your organization and looking for the right tools and skill sets and maybe just a little bit of encouragement and confidence to really take your organization to the next step, I really don't think there's a better place to start.
