If they truly felt like you cared about them all the time, they would take care of everything else and work harder, put in more effort, put in more energy, come in with more ideas, work on themselves, and the company would scale. If I was a CEO, which I am, all I would be doing is thinking about how do I grow my people? How do I grow their skills? How do I grow their confidence? How do I plug them into mastermind communities to grow them? How do I engage them in training programs like the Invest in your leaders course? How do I obsess about the content in the book Dream Manager? How do I, as a leader, just care about people? Because the rest of the business, all the complicated shit, will take care of itself.
