It's very easy for us to just do the projects because we can knock it out, we can do it fast but it doesn't scale. What scales is us taking the time to train the people so they can do it themselves so that they can take on more responsibility. Right. Our job is to get results through people not to actually do the work ourselves. So if we're going to get results through people then we have to actually take the time to train them. That doesn't mean stopping your day to day training. Somebody could be telling them to sit and watch you and observe you as you do the work. It could be you doing a loom video and sharing your screen as you do the work. So it can be as simple as ride shotgun and watch me and then as we're driving or talking or having lunch ask me questions about it and I'll train you. But you're going to kind of train them as you go.
