Very successful entrepreneur from here who's been here for 20 years. One of his little side gates is he runs some pretty huge conferences over here in the finance space to some of the biggest CEOs, big companies. And was talking about culture and asking me about my thoughts around culture. I was just saying it's so simple and we really, really overcomplicate it. The reality is if you just really, totally give a shit about your employees, like really obsess about them or really care about them, not knowing their dog's name and their birthdays, but like knowing their hobbies, their insecurities, their fears, their knowing what really is bugging them on the day to day basis. At the end of the day, every single person is really struggling with something, right? We all have something that we're going through and you need to actually be so cognizant of the fact that your employees are struggling with these things so that you can actually care about them. Our role as leaders is to obsess about our employees, engagement, employees happiness, and to think about them on a day to day basis more than we think about the company. By doing that, they'll think about our company.
