Just a thought for all the entrepreneurs and CEOs out there. You're doing it all wrong. Completely wrong. Think of it like a coach of any great team, whether it's baseball, basketball. If the coach of the team was only working on growing their skills, becoming a better coach, and they did not grow the skills of their players, they would never have a winning team.
