Oh, she used to be the head of Amazon Prime, President of Amazon Prime. And I was worried that that was going to be too corporate. So when I was interviewing her, I was all about culture. Fit. She's like, no, no. I used to run a startup, and I led a startup, and I started a startup. I'm like, oh, you're entrepreneurial. She goes, yeah, I just ended up getting, like, sucked into this Amazon thing, and I was good at it, but I really want to go back into the startup world again. Okay, great. Fit. And then culturally, she geeks out, just like Dave does around all this stuff, and then super strong on all the things we needed her to be strong in.
