It's now my pleasure to introduce our first speaker of the afternoon, Cameron Herold. And I hate to put the jinx on anyone. The worst thing you can do really when you introduce a speaker is to say this is the best speaker you've ever heard. But I am telling you, this is the best speaker I've ever heard. Particularly for entrepreneurs and small and medium business size owners. Cameron Herrell, wherever he's been, on the Vistage circuit or outside of the Vistage circuit, on the TED circuit or outside of the TED circuit, teaching at the MIT's entrepreneurial master's program. He hits home runs and Grand Slams. He is from Vancouver, British Columbia. Now lives most of the year in Phoenix, Arizona. So he proves that he's smart, also going for the better weather. A big golf fan, he earned his entrepreneurial chops at an early age, but probably accelerated most as the Chief operating officer of 1-800-GOT Junk, which, if you don't know, is based in Vancouver, B.C. a great franchise organization, always ranks in the top five franchises in Canada and usually in the top 20 in North America.
