I think it's really important when you come into a new role like this that you give yourself the time and the space to be able to learn, because I don't come in thinking that I have all the answers. I mean, structurally and things happening within the organization. I certainly have experience with and have some ideas on how we can move it forward. But it's super important for the team around you to have the opportunity to share with you kind of their history, what they're thinking, where they see pitfalls, because I still have some blinders on and not really being able to recognize some of the history and the culture and things that are happening within the organizations, but then also asking a ton of questions to everyone within the organization.
