This is a YouTube video titled "Growth Fires Your Leaders" created on December 24, 2025, featuring Cameron Herold discussing the challenges of managing rapid company growth and its impact on leadership teams, referencing insights from Clayton Mask and Ben Horowitz.

I think a lot of people think that rapid growth must be so simple. But I talked to Clayton Mask, who's the founder of infusionsoft, and Ben Horowitz from the hard thing about hard things. Both of them talk about how managing growth, your leadership team almost gets put out of a job. Kleit said with infusionsoft, every two doubles. So when a company doubled in revenue twice, when it went from 2 to 4 and then from 4 to 8, that mid level team was probably for the most part out of a job. They were getting replaced with people above. Ben used to say it was one triple.
