The cultural fit is important. We will not hire if there is no need. I'm always balancing, for example, between building the business with the sales functions, or marketing or research, so there is continuous evaluation of where to spend the money. This is the CEO, all right? I know everything. So there is no way I will just hire 10 PhDs just because I want to hire 10 PhDs. There is probably a big need. So I will make sure that I will bring the first two and they will bring the next three because they know them, or they know what they achieved in other companies, or they can evaluate what they can achieve. So there is always, okay, what I need, what do we need in the next two quarters, how much it will take to deliver those commitment, and then when and how many I need to hire from which profession.
