Cameron Herold hired three people in one week: two in the Philippines at $18,000 and $22,000 yearly, plus a social media manager in Buenos Aires at $28,000. He argues that hiring globally for fractional or full-time roles gets you the output you need at costs that work, without demanding 9-to-5 presence.

The amount of people that delay their own growth and their own satisfaction because they're the only ones who can do it is really sad. Right. The reality is, no, you can actually delegate that. And now the ability to hire fractional or full time people that are global is incredible. I just hired two, actually three this week, new team members. One is a full time cold caller to work outbound social media. She's $18,000 total a year. The other one is $22,000 total a year. They're both based in the Philippines. Third is a social media manager who's $28,000 a year based in Buenos Aires. This is like good middle class money for them hire to get the output you're looking for, not to have somebody show up from nine to five, you know, 52 weeks a year and drive both of you them and you crazy.
