I don't think that the COO community gets showcased in such an incredible way in terms of what is really lifting up that vision of a board, of a CEO. How does that get translated into reality? What are all the different parts and frameworks that you have to bring alive in order to realize that vision? You know, how do you bridge the idea with the moonshot and then operational reality? And to have these types of insights From such a diverse community of COOs, you know, across sectors, across industries, really inspired me to want to be a part of the conversation. COOs have to be at this intersection of what's happening from technology, new finance measures, making sure that the organization is thriving and humming every single day. And so I really love the conversation that this pod creates for all of us who are just navigating our way to realize a mission, but everyday success.
