Cameron Herold credits $7.5 million in gross margin to his mastermind group. He co-authored The Miracle Morning for Entrepreneurs with Hal Elrod, partnered with Jennifer Hude on Vivid Vision, and got a no-interest bridge loan from Dave Berg during a financial crisis. He says giving time to members returned far more than the promised 10x benefit.

Done about $7.5 million in gross margin. That is entirely because of you and this model. Thank you. Gina came to one of my very first events just to shadow it for me, to give me feedback and ideas. The second thing that came out of it was, I was walking back from the bathroom about 5 years ago, and Hal Elrod grabbed me and said, "Hey, do you want to do a book with me?" I'm like, "With you? Yeah, like, you're Hal Elrod, of course I'd do a book with you." So we co-authored The Miracle Morning for Entrepreneurs together. I met Jennifer Hude at this event, and Jennifer and I have partnered on all things Vivid Vision. We have a formal partnership agreement on it now. She's written about 550 Vivid Visions for my clients all over the world and for hers, but we're a partner on that. Dave Berg and I have become— I would call you my best friend, and he's been there for me through everything, through divorce, through marriage, through buying a crazy home that I couldn't afford, giving me a bridge loan 3 months after he met me with no interest in a one-page agreement. Like, craziest shit in the world, but that's because of this group, because we got to be sitting with each other and getting vulnerable. I was asked recently by somebody very close to me, why do I give so much? Because I give a lot of my time to people, and I'm like, because it comes back so fast. Like, the more that I give to this group, it's amazing how much comes back to me. So I wouldn't come to these meetings trying to find out what you can get from them. I would show up to these meetings trying to find out how you can help everybody else who's here, because what comes back to you is way more than the 10x return that Joe promises.
