Are you the kind of seasoned practitioner who's coaching an up and coming CEO or are you a foil to their relative strengths and weaknesses or there was three or four roles I think that they categorized at the time. I think for me I was seeking to almost create more of a handbook to say look, nobody, absolutely nobody can come to this role and be a master in 16 disciplines. There's just no way. And so I'm here to help you round out those areas that you may be less comfortable in and get you to at least a baseline comfort level. And after that you can make of it what you wish. And that's between you and your CEO. And that depends on them and it depends on their skills and weaknesses and preferences and things they want to do. You can find that. But it won't be for lack of some of the enabling capabilities if you, you know, if you take this guidance that was the aim.
