And it's that he's coming into the business on a day to day and cheering people on and showing up, being happy and showing up on job sites just being happy. Dad, you need to bring that in now as part of you as well. You need to be showing up on those jobs with that same energy your dad is, because your role is to be the chief energizing officer, not the chief executive officer. And your dad has been able to uncouple himself from the stress and the day to day and the worry and the P and L and the money. And he gets to come in as happy. Go, lucky guy. And he probably didn't do anywhere near as much of that when he was running the business. Or if he did, it was very bipolar, right? Most entrepreneurs of your dad's era were very bipolar in their leadership. They'd come in screaming and yelling at people one day and why the are you guys screwing this up? And it's my company. If you don't like it, get the hell out. And then the next day they're bringing in Dairy Queens, they're saying, sorry I was a dick yesterday.
