Get them the tools, get them the vision and get out of the way. Leadership is about making people grow. And sometimes they go wrong, and that is okay. If nobody kills themselves, that's just a lesson learned and we'll do it again. This is a great way of learning what your limits are. I had to learn it myself. And I've learned how to give a little bit more space to people to get on with that, give them some space.
