I've never had a female boss. We talk about female leadership, but we all support female leaders. We're like, "Oh no, I don't wanna have a female boss now." I was terrified for the first couple of days. I just don't know how it works before I even met the person. When Amanda came on board, we took her on the road and I could see her being very direct and very upfront with being able and willing to learn, listening to franchisees as well as— yes, we did have some really tough conversations in those meetings, and I was truly, truly impressed by how she handles those. Wow, this is the person I can learn from. They're truly impressive and the person I can trust.
