Cameron Herold explains why COO Alliance membership matters: it brings together exceptionally talented operators who learn from each other rather than being lectured. The real value is peer learning among people at the top of their game.
You did a bunch of work with a bunch of our CEO alliance members. What do you think you noticed from working with them that was maybe a common thread because their businesses are so vastly different. Did you notice some common threads with them that you were working with them on?
Yeah, they're all hella smart. I mean, my gosh, they are very much brains behind the operation, and they're extremely technical and intelligent, and they know their craft. Like, it was incredible having some of these conversations with how smart they are.
I've said more often than not over the last nine years of running the CO alliance that I would be vastly incapable of running 99% of my members companies. They're just, they're, they're operating at a different talent pool. So I don't teach them how to be coos. I just bring them all together so they can learn from each other. So.
