So I'm probably going to trip and break my leg here. I'm hiking in Jasper, Alberta right now. But just a thought for all the entrepreneurs and CEOs out there. You're doing it all wrong, completely wrong. I need to kind of throw you the lifeboat or give you the lifeboat or throw you the life preserver and show you how to really scale your companies. Because every single one of you that's in a mastermind community, that's great, but think of it like a coach of any great team, whether it's baseball, basketball, hockey, you know, whatever, football. If the coach of the team, which you really are, right, the CEO and the coach of the team, when calling direction, strategy, if the coach of the team was only working on growing their skills, becoming a better coach, better cheerleader, better at strategy, and they did not grow the skills of their players, constantly working on the skills of their players, they would never have a winning team. And that's what every single one of you are doing right now. All of you should be in one or two mastermind groups for you, but that's you growing your skills. But then what are you doing to grow the skills of your leadership team? Your second in command, the coo, should absolutely be in the COO alliance and you need to allocate that amount of money for them every year to be in the CEO alliance for the year, to attend at least one of the two in person events that we have every year and really working on growing the skills of your leadership of your coo. And then secondly, all of your managers, all of your operations people, anybody who manages and leads people in your company, you need to grow their skills as well. So we have two ways for you to grow them. The first is put all of them through the invest in your leaders course. Completely irresponsible not to have all of them going through the skills that are in the invest in your leaders course, right? Things like situational leadership coaching, delegation, managing conflict time management, interviewing, running meetings, there's 12 core modules that if you work on growing their skills, they'll become better leaders, they'll be able to grow your company better. And then lastly is putting them all into the op spot. The OP spot for the price. Right now, at the founder's price, it's irresponsible not to put anybody who works for you in operations into that community as well. So there you go. I'm not talking about me coaching you, which I do. I've got group coaching and one on one coaching. I'm talking about you focusing on growing the skills of your people. And the reality is most of us as entrepreneurs, as leaders, don't have the skill set ourselves to be able to do that. So yeah, you can go through the invest in new leaders course you but it's really about putting your COO and your leaders into those communities that I talk about. Hopefully you'll do that. That's what will really scale up your company. When we built 1-800-got-chunk every everyone on our lead leadership team were involved in masterminds and getting coaching and mentoring, not just the CEO.
