Reason Why Constantly Chasing The Bag Doesn't End Well

So we don't need to create something brand new to feel the accomplishment of running. But I want you to feel that sense of accomplishment, the fact that you run a company that's doing 10 million in revenue, that employs 35 people, that has really happy customers. Because as soon as you settle into that feeling of accomplishment, you're not going to be chasing the dopamine rush of bill of bigger. You might decide to grow it to the 100 million, 50 million, whatever. But you won't be doing it to chase the rainbow. And often entrepreneurs are chasing the rainbow. I'll be happy when I get it to here. I'll be happy when I get it to there. But there is no there. But if you're already happy and everything else is a bonus, it's like the sports team that by the end of the third quarter, they've already decimated the competition.
