Equity investing has begun so common and so understandable for people that they're kind of willing to just go along and do it blindly, put their money into mutual funds. Talk to an investment advisor. Crypto has become much more mainstream and much more popular when people can actually go and buy it. I have positions in SpaceX, OpenAI, a bunch of private placements because I was able to buy those off of Angellist when he undergot jump had no money. When I joined, I raised their prices by 40%. Nobody was making any money. But we leveraged, getting lots of free press coverage about the company and about the industry and about the brand and about our vivid vision of where we were going. And because the press talked about us, that third party credibility helped us do sales and marketing. So if I was going to be creating a category in the real estate space, I would get the industry to talk about it, I would get local businesses to talk about it, I would get local media to talk about it, I would get as much press coverage as possible and then leverage that to create more and more trust and brand around, you know, that industry.
