Get people who believe in your mission. When you do that, whether you're remote, not remote, blah, blah, blah, you will always have driven people, laser focused people, and you, you will not have to issue a single instruction. There's a quote that I like a lot, and I always say, if you want your team to build the ship, don't teach them how to build the ship. Teach them to love the open sea. And it's very true. It's something that I found true my whole life. Talk about the mission, talk about the mission. AI right now is a mission. It's part of our mission, and our people are jumping on it.
