So one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in business was having some really smart people on the team that I didn't listen to. We almost bankrupted 1-800-got junk because we were growing too quickly. We weren't paying attention to the financials. We didn't really understand how to run a business that was 100 million in size off the financials. And we had a VP of Finance who was very quiet, very amiable, very smart. His name was Hendra, but he was much quieter than Brian and I were. And he kept telling us to slow down and be careful. And I was like, no, no, we got it. No, no, we got it. Intuitively, I knew we could pull up. Wasn't really sure on the financial side. So one day, when all of a sudden we were running out of cash, I realized that if you're going to have really smart people in your company, you need to listen to them. And if you're not willing to listen to them, then you need to hire people that you are willing to listen to because you can put yourself and the company at risk.
