One of the things I'm often asked by our thousands, and we have thousands of users of the Invest in youn Leaders online training is how should I roll this out internally to my company? So the online training program invest in your leaders.com is not just for the entrepreneur, it's not just for the CEO. It's actually for everyone in your company that manages people. It's the 12 core leadership skills that everyone in your company needs so they can be more productive in their job, so they can actually build a better business for you. So, so basically you can get more done with less people faster. So let me talk to you about how to roll this out internally inside of your organization. And by the way, we can actually give you a manager's access so you can see how everyone inside of your company is doing and progressing in those 12 core modules, which only takes seven hours total to go through all 12 modules. But here's how Most of the companies are rolling this out with all of their management team internally. They start off by getting the CEO and the COO and the leadership team to all go through the content first. So you get everyone on leadership team to go through it at the same time. I like saying, to have everybody go through it just over the course of a week, or worst case scenario, have two modules this week, two modules next week, and do that for six weeks and you go through the 12 modules that way. Then what you want to do is meet as a team and talk about the 12 modules. What did you like about each of the 12, and what are you going to put in place with each of those 12 modules? After the leadership team has gone through the content first, three months later, you should all go through it again because you're going to go through a bit of a cycle of learning where you've learned the content. Once you practice it, you're using your day to day. And then when you go through the content a second time, a lot more of it is going to stick because you'll have tripped over yourself and struggled with it or achieved some success with some of it as well. The second round of training is to get everyone in your management team right, everyone in your company that manages other people. Get those people to go through the training in round two so that you can help support them and so that you're all speaking from that same common language and using the systems that are in each of those 12 modules. And then the third round of people that you want to put through the Invest in your leaders training are your emerging leaders. The people in the company that you want to grow, that you want to be maybe team leads or managers eventually in their career. Give them those core skills as well. The training is all there. InvestInYourLeaders.com get multiple people inside of the organization going through it. Some of our CEO alliance members have got 25 or 30 of their management team and leaders going through the invest near leaders training. Considering it's only $347 per person, it's really a rounding error in terms of the fractional cost of what it really your investment is to put these people through the program and the upside of they're going to be getting Somebody once said to me, well, what happens if I train them and they quit? Well, the bigger problem is what happens if you don't train them and they stay. You're going to get a lot more results from your people, a lot more confidence from your people. You're going to get a lot more results from those people. So invest in them. That's why it's called invest in your leadership. The leadership team first, everyone who manages people second, and then any of your emerging leaders third. That's how I always approach it.
