So one of the things I've always done as a speaker is whenever I get to the venue, especially if I get there the night before, is I try to go to the room that I'm going to be speaking in, just to get a feel for the room. Because when I show up in the morning and it's filled with people, you can kind of get the nerves going too quickly or people start grabbing you and you can't get your head in the space. So we have a couple hundred people that own real estate development companies and real estate offices throughout the US Called the Collective Genius. Good to see they've got a couple of confidence monitors on the floor. Those are confidence monitors there. So now I get a bit of a feel for what it feels like to be speaking to the room. Right. I can kind of stand here, and I can see the tables are really close to where I'm going to be standing and speaking from. I can kind of actually get a feel for how I'm going to have to look left and look right to cover the whole room.
