We literally sandbox dozens of different tools, but we don't sandbox it on clients. We literally tell the team, hey, go try to plan your vacation or go create a video, your anniversary or birthday, your kids, something like, do something using the tools just for yourself. We are a huge believer in people that our best employees have had side hustles, and our best employees have had side hustles because the people that have that mentality are always trying to learn. And as a coo, like, you want employees that are always trying to learn. And so again, a side hustle doesn't mean that they're spending 50 hours a week on it. But, like, even if, like, they're a solopreneur and they're just trying to do something on the side, great. Don't squash that. Encourage that. You know that they're going to take whatever they've learned over here and they're going to bring it right back into real access. They're going to bring it right back into the business.
