He describes deliberately building a personal brand as a "CEO whisperer" and recognizing a gap: many mastermind groups exist for founders and functional roles, but none specifically for COOs. To fill that gap he started a COO-focused mastermind called the CEO Alliance.

So I just wanted to build a brand around that and build my name around being that CEO whisperer, you know, the one who was just whispering in every CEO's ear and giving them the shortcuts to scale their companies.
Yet your audience, you kind of, you know, exploited this vertical of the coo. So was that deliberate? Or like, how do you reconcile those?
And very deliberate. See, I had played the COO for tithings, so I realized that there were a hundred groups for entrepreneurs, but. And there were groups for marketers and lawyers and engineers and doctors. Lots of association, but there was no association or organization or mastermind group for the second command. So I started one for the coo. It was called the CEO Alliance.
