The thing that was a frustration for me going into this coaching world. So many business coaches and even systems will say that profit and cash is a byproduct of doing all this other stuff. Right. I think that's somewhat malpractice in our world because I feel like if you treat profit and cash as a byproduct, that's all it will be. And if you're not intentional, I can't tell you how many people I've talked to that I'll ask, you know, well, help me understand your pricing strategy. They've never really thought of it that way. When's the last time you looked at your cash conversion cycle and looked for some incremental improvements, improvements to free up cash? I believe there's a lack of financial literacy. And so that's something that we try to be very intentional about. And having been former CEOs and owners, we've had to be very deep in our financials. So even if our background is not accounting and finance. Right. You've still been around it now. The exposure to it was so much that we know, the things that we need to guide people to look into and to work on.
