Like, I'm not a very top down leader, but more of I'm a big believer that show people the North Star, hire great people and just support them. I think that works in the larger companies that I work with. It is working here at Fun Bucks. Like we've been, we are over 300. We were over 200, slightly over 200 when I joined. So we have, we are going through a massive growth curve and but again, the fundamentals of the leadership has not necessarily changed.
