My obsession in business has been to grow people. My core job was to grow people, not to do stuff. My job was to delegate that stuff to people and if they couldn't do it, to grow their skills. I've always visualized myself as this leader in charge of growing people. And I get frustrated watching these companies where the entrepreneur is growing themselves, and then they're saying, it's really, really hard to get things done. Like, well, you're not growing any of your team, and the business keeps getting bigger. So every day it's harder and harder for them to do the job.
