You're not going to get a pay raise for doing a great job. You're not going to get a bonus for hitting great results. We're hiring you to do great results. We're hiring you to hit these bars. If you hit them, you get to keep your job. So it's just setting a very clear expectation of what we're looking for. And if you spend your time at the leadership team level, coaching and growing and mentoring the A players, instead of spending our time with the bottom people, the A players attract more A players. And then our job is to catch them doing something right. Right. Following the one minute manager and situational leadership. Because if we wait for them to fail, we'll keep seeing them fail. But if we only see them succeed, if we work on helping them succeed, if we work on on them being successful, they will.
